For the fourth year running Beam are pleased to be hosting the online submissions for the 2011 UK MVA awards, the deadline for which is Monday 15th August so get entering now!

The MVAs is the UK’s premiere music video awards celebration. Now in its fourth year, the event celebrates the very best work in British and international music videos with a range of over 20 awards – honouring the people who make them, from well-established directors to up-and-coming directing stars of the future, as well as the cream of the talent making videos behind the camera, from cinematographers to editors to stylists and visual effects artists. As official judging partner, Beam is proud to be working in collaboration with this unique awards show to celebrate the best work and creative achievement in British music video production over the past year – and to highlight the cultural significance of music video as an art form.

Judging and voting will take place later this month with the final shortlists unveiled in October, and the show will take place on Tuesday 8 November - graduating this year to the much bigger Empire cinema in Leicester Square.
